    Write in a journal 2 people you are thankful for & 2 experiences from the day before. It takes 21 days to create a lifestyle & 90 to create a lifestyle. Track your metrics and it will empower you to live in an abundance mindset vs scarcity.
  • #2 SELF CARE

    Make yourself a priority on a daily basis. Exercise, meditation, etc. first thing in the morning, or quiet time before you start your day. It’s important to set the tone for your day.
  • #3 PASSION

    We can not participate in anything if our heart isn’t in it! If you join a cause, do it because you want to create change for the good, because you want to sincerely help. The best question to ask yourself is, “If I had all of the money in the world, would I still want to do this?”
  • #4 CIRCLE OF INFLUENCE

    It’s important that you have a circle you trust and that has your best interest. They also have to be equally as strong as you to challenge you in order to evolve.
  • #5 LEARN

    Everyday listen to a book, a biography, learn a new skill. How can you be your best if you aren’t evolving? Audible is one of my personal favorites!
  • #6 TRUST YOUR JOURNEY

    Every day adds to your destiny and/or goal. Trust your heart and your instinct! If you think about something or someone, go after it. Don’t be afraid, don’t listen to naysayers. Trust your path, every step is leading you on your journey. Avoid comparison, judgement, & negativity. Remember why you started, say yes to more around you that will lead you to reach higher levels of success.
  • #7 PAY IT FORWARD

    Always pay it forward, doesn’t matter what it is you contribute. It could be paying someone’s tab at a restaurant. It could be saving a child from crossing the street and not getting struck by a car. Join a non-profit, live passed yourself & GIVE without expectation. Success breeds energy, translation is the more we give the more we receive.
  • #8 DISCIPLINE YOURSELF

    Daily wins are critical, track your results. Identify 2 micro-goals & one macro-goal every week. Track activity in your journal & check them off your list as you go. Also write down what your 5 non-negotiables are in order to be successful and stick to them.
  • #9 MENTORING

    You cannot be the smartest person in the room at all times. If you think you are, you don’t have any mentors & will not evolve personally nor professionally. Learn to accept help from others and to ask for help. Conversely, become a mentor as well & willing to teach what you've learned.
  • #10 INSPIRE

    The journey to become great is the goal but I hate to break it to you...there is no finish line until we die. We ALL die someday, until then give every single solitary day your max effort, 100% in your personal life & professional life. Create a legacy that your children will be proud of, we must truly think beyond ourselves. Also look for inspiration daily, look for ways to absorb what's around you. Don't get so busy living a life, you forget to live your life
